We are fully insured for work proposed. Proposal should be accepted within thirty days (30) of date proposed to ensure price from manufacturer. Customer is responsible for all permits, engineering and/or legal fees. Contractor not responsible for plants, trees, shrubs, lawns, concrete or asphalt not pertaining to work performed and/or delivered. Asphalt and/or concrete not responsible for slips and falls, cracking, sinking and chipping due to incorrect use for snow removal, water or ice in all weather conditions. Not responsible for water runoff or puddles. Added charge for work preformed outside the scope of contract such as soft sub-soil depth of digging, removal, deliveries, dumping, stone or dirt. Not responsible for vegetation growth thru material. Customer Agrees to indemnify and hold Asphalt.Sealcoating.Concrete. LLC. Harmless and their consultants, agents and employees from against all claims, suits, loss of liability, including attorney fees and litigation expenses, for damages to/or destruction of property, caused in whole or in part by any act or omission, or alleged act of omission of Asphalt.Sealcoating. Concrete. LLC., its employees or agents.
